Payment & Cancellation Policies
Payment Policy
- Full payment is required at the time you make your appointment.
- Payments can be made with a personal check, cashier's check, direct transfer, Visa or MasterCard credit
card, or via Paypal.
- If you decide to pay by
check, your space will not be reserved
until your check has cleared.
Cancellation Policy
- There is a cancellation fee of 50%
of the cost of the consultation/retreat
if you cancel up to 30 days prior to
the date of your arrival or session.
- There is a cancellation fee of 75%
of the cost of the consultation/retreat
if you cancel up to 15 days prior to
the date of your arrival or session.
- There will be no reimbursement if you cancel within 15 days prior to the date of your arrival or session or if you fail to show up for your appointment.
