a full health assessment from
a Western perspective as well
as using my intuition. I will
take the time to evaluate the
whole YOU, help you understand
your midlife health needs, and
your options for pro-active,
holistic treatment and lifestyle
adjustment. All my recommendations
are pertinent to YOU so you can
live your life powerfully – mind,
body, and soul.
As a consultant I take an integrative
and holistic approach to health.
In practical terms, this means
taking into account the patient's
physical, mental, spiritual,
and financial dimensions -- which
can be seen as the four legs
that provide the foundation of
good health.
It is my belief that given the
right education and information,
we are perfectly capable
of achieving and maintaining
optimum health.
I will provide to you information
based on my intuitition, my extensive experience
with both the Western or allopathic
approach to medicine, and alternative
approaches.
My purpose is to educate and
to empower you, not by offering
individual diagnoses or specific
clinical information, but rather
by teaching you how to understand
your body, communicate better
with your healthcare providers,
to seek help sooner rather than
later, and to understand how
preventative decisions, diet,
lifestyle, attitude, and personal
responsibility contribute to
the wellness of the whole person
over a lifetime.
Getting
Ready for Your Intuitive
Personal Health Assessment
In Person
You will be sent a questionnaire
to fill out in advance of your
one-on-one in-person consultation.
Make sure that you answer all
the questions, especially the
portion where you are asked about
your expectation about the encounter.
Bring the filled-out questionnaire
with you, as well as any records
that you may have.
At the end, you will get a written
summary of Dr. Carolle’s
recommendations. She provides
the summary so that time spent
with her is focused and productive
rather than spent taking notes.
Introductory Cost $500
Over the Phone
You will be sent a questionnaire
to fill out in advance of your
one-on-one telephone consultation.
Make sure that you answer all
the questions, especially the
portion where you are asked about
your expectation about the encounter.
The filled-out questionnaire
as well as a copy of any records
that you may have may be mailed,
e-mailed to Dr. Carolle.
