- What is the issue for which you are seeking a solution?
- What have you done so far to resolve it?
- What do you expect to accomplish during our session?
There is no limit on how much you write. The more detailed and specific you are, the better I can help you. Taking the time to do this opens that portal deep in your subconscious, where often, for the first time, you “see” your true self. Those few hours of introspection reveal your cake of life, slice by slice.
