Payment Policy & Cancellation

Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required prior to the consult.
  • Payments can be made with an e-check, direct transfer to our bank, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, or American Express. If payment is made via a personal check, it will have to be cleared prior to the consult.

Cancellation Policy

  • There is a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the consultation/retreat if you cancel up to 30 days prior to the date of your arrival or session.
  • There is a cancellation fee of 75% of the cost of the consultation/retreat if you cancel up to 15 days prior to the date of your arrival or session.
  • There will be no reimbursement if you cancel within 15 days prior to the date of your arrival or session or if you fail to show up for your appointment.

PLEASE NOTE:

If we accommodate you within 15 days of your initial call, there is no reimbursement if you cancel.
