My Transformative Three-Step-Process
This process took me years to develop because I wanted those I agree to work with to have a truly life-altering experience.
Step One:
As soon as your appointment is confirmed, please write down the following:
- What is the issue(s) you are seeking a solution for?
- What have you done so far to resolve it (them)?
- What do you expect to accomplish during our telephone session?
There is no limit on how much you write. The more detailed and specific you are, the better I am able to help you. Taking the time to do this opens that portal deep in your subconscious where often for the first time you “see” your true self. Those few hours of introspection reveal what I call your cake of life, slice by slice.

I thoroughly review all your information and if need be, I will ask for more details. This process will go on until I have acquired what is needed to see the whole picture. . Reading the information beforehand, I will already know what is going on with you, and our time together can focus on finding the clarity and solutions you are yearning for.
Step Two:
A 60 -minute or more telephone consultation – I don’t look at the clock when I am working with you – where we will review together the information you sent me and get the answers you are looking for.
After the session, your homework will consist of writing down everything that has transpired and the lessons you have learned and send it to me 48 hours at the latest for me to review. Recollecting our session will assure that these tools are now part of you and can be the best you always wanted to be.
Step Three:
I will thoroughly review your homework sent at the most 48 hours after the telephone session, ensure that you are on the right track, and give you the necessary feedback.
